It only remains for you to provide your name and email address. After submitting your entry, a confirmation message will be sent to the address you have provided.

The days of consultations are shown in green.
If no appointment is available the cell turns red. While it is left blank if there are some time slots to reserve.
By hovering a day of consultation with the mouse you will have an indication of the number of remaining appointments
